VP of Enrollment
Sarah Johnson began her career at BBBSOK as an Enrollment Specialist in October 2010 for the Oklahoma City office, holding several different positions over the years. In August 2016 she took over the leadership position of VP of Enrollment and Customer Relations.
Sarah earned her Bachelor’s in Fine Arts from UCO in 2006 and went on to receive her Master’s in Human Relations with an emphasis in Art Therapy. Sarah’s employment history includes working in Child Protective Services and Investigations for Cleveland Country Child Welfare. She is also a Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager II and provides one to one curriculum based rehabilitation services to children in her community. She is a member of Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of OKC, serves on the Children of Incarcerated Parents Advisory Council and enjoys volunteering at local nonprofits Calm Waters and The Regional Food Bank.
Sarah was an athlete, playing several sports growing up. She received a full scholarship to Oklahoma Christian to play softball until getting injured. She then began working with children giving hitting and fielding lessons. This is where her passion for fostering children’s futures began. She still enjoys watching and playing sports as much as she can.
Sarah also has two French bulldog fur babies, Diego and Deela. One day she hopes to be able to quit working because Diego has finally made himself Instagram famous.
